For a typical residential build, market rates commonly fall between NPR 2,600 and 4,000 per sq. ft. including structure and finishing. Yes. Our design team prepares the architectural and structural drawing set required by your local municipality and supports you through the submission process, including revisions if the ward office requests changes.
A standard two-storey residential house usually takes 9 to 14 months from foundation to handover, depending on size, weather and finishing choices. You receive a dated milestone schedule before work starts so you can track progress against it.
Payments are tied to completed milestones — foundation, each slab, blockwork, plaster, finishing and handover — not to fixed calendar dates. You pay for work that is verifiably done, and the schedule is written into the contract.
Yes. We take projects in other districts where site access and material supply allow us to maintain quality. Call us with the location and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve it well.
